“Nightmare on Earp Street”
Animal Alliance recently took in 26 Chihuahuas confiscated from a cruelty raid on a South Philadelphia home.
One official from the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals called it the worst case of animal hoarding he’s ever seen.
